LienHub is an account-only search portal for lienholder companies — banks, floorplan, and warranty businesses. Search a VIN or a VINData lien code to see the floorplan company, payoff status, and bank liens confirmed by other members — before you fund the deal.

Anyone with a company email can apply — every account is activated only after Vinafi HQ approves it. There are no public or anonymous lookups.

Approved accounts pay $5.00 per pull — the monthly membership drops every pull to $1. Lien submissions are always free for approved accounts.

Confirmed liens hit the VINData report in 24–48 hours.

Once VINData receives raw data from a participating provider, it processes and publishes that record to the report almost immediately — typically within 24 to 48 hours. When your bank confirms a lien through LienGuard, competing funders see it on the VINData report before double-funding the same unit.

Without LienGuard, your lien is public record before the funding even hits your dealer's account — protect your position before the money moves.

How it works

Apply & get verified

Create an account with your company email, business info, and card on file. Vinafi HQ verifies your company and activates your account — then your company admin adds colleagues under the same account.

Search codes & VINs

Pull any lien code or VIN for the floorplan company, paid / not-paid status, and liens other member banks confirmed on the unit.

Confirm your liens

Funded the deal? One push stamps your bank name and funding date on the VIN — visible to other members and queued to the VINData feed.
